Evan has successfully taken on hundreds of the most difficult and complex divorce and family law cases in Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and Prince George's Bar Association.

Evan is a graduate of American University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Justice and The University of Baltimore School of Law where he earned his juris doctorate cum laude. While a law student, Evan was Vice President and President of the Family Law Association, and he was elected to be the only student representative on the committee to assist with the design of the new law school building which opened in the Fall of 2013.
