Is your law firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

For a reasonable flat fee, Koslow Law Firm will review documents prepared by clients and provide advice and recommendations in order to ensure that the documents are completed to satisfy the goals that the client is trying to accomplish.

Is your law firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

For a reasonable flat fee, Koslow Law Firm is willing to discuss with pro-se individuals what information and evidence the Court is looking for in order to attempt to obtain the best possible outcome for the client’s case.

How frequently does your law firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Each case is unique. As a Certified Mediator, Evan Koslow is always working to help his clients find a resolution outside of court. If Koslow Law Firm LLC does not think it is possible for the parties to reach an amicable resolution between themselves (and opposing counsel), then Koslow Law Firm LLC strongly encourages the use of mediation, arbitration, collaborative law and other alternative dispute resolutions in attempt for their clients to amicably resolve their matter.

Is your law firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

Koslow Law Firm is willing to assist their clients in any specific portion of a client’s matter that a client may wish for the firm to be involved in.
